Formula Pickup Process

As a first-time customer, patients wishing to pick up their herbal formula may want to familiarize themselves with the process. Here is what you can expect:

• ORDERING: Your practitioner places your order with Customer Service.
• PAYMENT:Customer Service will contact you to secure payment before your order is filled.
• FORMULA FILLING: Raw herb and granule formulas are typically filled within one hour; vacuum packing requires a minimum of three hours for preparation.
• CONFIRMATION: Once your order is ready for pick-up, you can opt to receive an automatic notice.
• PICK-UP: When you arrive at the store, contact the Greeter to have your formula retrieved. Customer Service can also assist you should the Greeter be busy with another customer. Both can be found on our pharmacy map.
• DELIVERY (opt): Formulas can be shipped locally, nationally or internationally. Same-day messenger service is also available for patients located within Manhattan.
