Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (PCOM)

has been providing low cost acupuncture services to the community since 1993. Pacific College Community Clinic at Grand Meridian is one of several PCOM accredited clinical externships in the Greater New York Area, (other locations include: The Fortune Society, St. John’s Riverside Hospital (Yonkers), Montefiore Medical Center, Initiative for Women with Disabilities/Hospital for Joint Diseases, Veteran’s Administration Hospital/Pain Management Center,and Lutheran Medical Center Labor and Delivery Off-Site). All acupuncture interns are in their final year of clinical rotations and work under the supervision of a licensed acupuncturist in an academic clinical environment.

Our mission is to provide low cost acupuncture services to our community and to serve as a good will ambassador for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

 

Roger Tsao, OMD, PhD, L.Ac., Grand Meridian Clinic Director,

is a faculty member and supervisor at PCOM, with 30 years of clinical experience in TCM. Dr. Tsao is one of the first practitioners in NY state to receive an acupuncture license.
