Some herbs listed in your course materials may not be included in the kit. Certain herbs may be unavailable due to limited supply, toxicity, regulatory restrictions, or cost considerations. In these cases, Kamwo reserves the right to omit or substitute herbs as needed.


Please Note: The herbs included in this sample kit are natural, living materials. As such, they are subject to the same processes of change and degradation as all living things. Over time, color, aroma, and texture may shift - this is expected and reflects the organic nature of the product.
To preserve quality, we recommend storing the herbs in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. It can also be placed in the refrigerator or the freezer to prolong the herbs' freshness. When properly stored, they should maintain their integrity for at least 60 days.

Due to the nature of this product, all sales are FINAL. Students have 48 hours from the recorded delivery date and time to inspect their kit and verify that all listed herbs are included. Any claims for missing herbs must be reported to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period cannot be honored.

After the 48 hour inspection period, replacement herbs may still be purchased for an additional fee. Please contact Customer Service at [email protected] for pricing and assistance.
