How to cook it (8 servings):
Blanch kosher-certified chicken and/or beef bones in boiling water for 5 minutes. Discard the water and rinse the meats to remove fat and impurities. Rinse herbs under room temperature water. In a pot, add 15 cups of water, the blanched meats, and one vacuum-sealed packet of herbs. Bring to a boil over high heat, then lower the heat and let it gently simmer for about 2 hours or more, resulting in 8 cups of soup. Add additional water to extend the simmering time if desired. Salt to taste. Skim off fat before serving.

Consume one cup of soup daily for 8 days.
