Pour half the bag of herbs into a boil-safe pot & cover it with purified water, and let it soak for 10 minutes. Bring to a soft boil & lower to a simmer for 15 minutes. Remove the lid and pour it into your favorite yoni steam pot, seat, or steamer. Allow to cool for 7-10 minutes, then wrap a towel around you or wear a robe to seal in the steam. Relax and enjoy for 20-30 minutes.
