Place the herbs in a pot of water (approx. 2 gallons) and bring to a boil while covered. Simmer for 35-40min, and then let cool. While still warm, immerse hands in pot and soak for 5 min. Each soak can be used for up to 7 subsequent days. Reheat the mixture and soak, adding more water as needed. Can be used in conjunction with the Eagle claw - Hand strengthening Liniment. External use only.
