U.S. Returns

You have 30 calendar days from receiving your item to make a return.

To be eligible for a return:

1. Only non-custom formulations or orders are eligible for returns.
2. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
3. Your item must be in its original packaging.
4. Provide proof of purchase
5. Customer is responsible for shipping cost of return item
6. In the event your return claim is rejected, it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange for shipping back to the customer should they decide they want the item back.

U.S. Refunds

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.

If the item(s) passes the inspection, we will initiate the refund process to your original payment method.

You will receive the credit within a few business days, depending on the payment method's policies.
