Adults and children of 2 years of age or older: apply many drops to the affected area and rub in evenly for a few minutes, 3 to 4 times a daily. Apply generously to the affected area directly or through the means of a wool or bandage for the duration of 2 hours at a time. The product can be used several times throughout the day, as long as the pain is occurring.
